One of the primary techniques that Dr. Phillips uses is cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). This approach focuses on identifying and changing negative thoughts, behaviors, and emotions that may be causing distress. Dr. Phillips works with her clients to develop new, more positive coping strategies and to challenge negative thought patterns.
Another technique that Dr. Phillips uses is neurofeedback. This is a type of biofeedback that provides real-time feedback on brain activity. Dr. Phillips uses this technology to help her clients gain control over their emotional states and to improve focus, attention, and overall well-being.
About Dr. Judy Phillips
Dr. Phillips has been interested in exploring the positive effects of Neurofeedback since 1995 when it changed her life both personally and professionally.
Since then, she has been using her post-doctoral knowledge in Cognitive Therapy, Family Therapy, Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, and Co-dependency training, along with Neurofeedback, to bring solace and hope to the lives of her clients.
